It's official! This FY16 we are rolling out the 5 Star Department Program.
Here is how it works:
We will focus on a particular star every month. Every month that we obtain a star, we have a pizza party!!
Earning a star will be based on observation (you never know who is watching) and at the end every month a "5 Star Review" will be made in the newsletter or email.
I have created a document that touches on each of the 5 stars and describes each one located on the WIKI 5 Star Museum page. The month we are focusing on will be posted on one of the cabinet doors.
This month we will work on the first star OFFER TOOLS (every time)
